Cold environment for wearing a swimsuit, good water for a swim, but certainly too cold to sit still and "soak". In light of the problem and hearing the answer that the temperature "was just right", it would have been more of a pain than anything else to stay for the entire time purchased (at a price that wasn't even that cheap, 40 euros for 2 hours and 30 minutes per person). We asked if it was possible to change the package and stay a little less and be reimbursed, perhaps even partially, and the answer was yes. We then dried ourselves and changed. At the time of Going Away, however, they unfortunately denied having told us this. The manager on the phone invented that the receipt could not be changed after being typed (and this is absolutely false). We were accused of staying 20 minutes longer in the facility (which we had spent washing and drying off). In short, unpleasant in every sense. If we had known before, we would still have stayed to tour the saunas, instead of paying 160 euros for 4 people to stay for 1 hour. VERY DISAPPOINTED. (The silly thing is that I also come back to the area once every 2 months and would have liked to find a place to relax and maybe even sleep, they definitely lost a customer).

We went to the property as 2 couples to relax for 2.5 hours in the spa. In our opinion, the water in the pool was cold (compared to many other popular spas) and did not allow us to stay relaxed inside. We asked if we could stay 1 hour instead of 2.5 hours and reception confirmed it was possible. Once we finished the shower and changed our clothes, there was a rather unpleasant phone call with a manager as we were told that they would not refund us and that the temperature was in line with the ASL guidelines. If they had warned us earlier, we would have stayed 2.5 hours as agreed but without entering the water. Moral of the story, 1 hour of spa cost us 40 euros each.

Spa with a few problems. The temperature is cold, especially the pool where you should relax, but also all the showers and the various jets. They told us it's kept low to avoid bacterial proliferation but that seems ridiculous to me. The staff is absent, to ask for information we had to go out of the structure to look for him in a bathrobe in the cold. The people in charge are scammers as we were told that we could convert the two and a half hour package into the one hour package and get a refund, but once we had washed and left the changing rooms we were denied what was promised before.

Too secluded and out of any contact with the city, moreover without night-time assistance and internal parking (the external area used for private parking is adjacent to a construction site). Large rooms, interesting nomenclature in "earth, moon... etc" instead of the usual numbering, additional pillows are missing (the ones supplied are hard!) and bathrooms with small, uncomfortable gems (no support handle in the shower cubicle , sliding doors that cannot be closed perfectly either in the shower or in the bathroom, the roll holder placed behind the toilet is not usable at all, the shelf on the sink is not adequately fixed... the latter, in our room, had 2 side cracks). The plastic glasses placed in the room in front of the kettle for herbal teas are quite jarring: any flavor loses its aroma in contact with that glass and, inevitably, you cannot enjoy the heat of the herbal tea because the "boiling" glass is untouchable. Cleanliness of rooms and corridor furnishings more than good. The Spa was EXCELLENT (relaxing and fully equipped, the scrub effect given by the salt before entering the Turkish Bath was much appreciated), both the on-site staff and Mrs. Deborah, the all-rounder serving breakfast, were welcoming. Speaking of breakfast: everything was delicious and well presented. Alas, I found that not all the services were adequately discussed when contacting the facility: in our case, in fact, we were not told to bring a swimming cap for the Spa swimming pool (then kindly offered) nor was there any mention of the free use of the gym for overnight guests. I recommend ONLY IF you love being out of this world, otherwise the place will make you feel melancholy.

This is the third time I have come to the Monviso Resort for a relaxing weekend, what can I say, always top, I give 5 well-deserved stars for hospitality (very kind and helpful), room (very clean and very beautiful, I recommend the suite) and breakfast (the cakes are exceptional).
